নীরদস্খলন
আঁধার নেমেছে আকাশের খুব কাছে,
ফাগুন গিয়েছে গন্ধ ছড়িয়ে শেষে।
বাতাস উঠেছে ক্ষেপিয়া মাতিয়া আজি
বহ্নি পবন নিরাময়ে কবিরাজি।
শৈল নামিল সমীরপৃষ্ঠে চড়ে
দাপিয়া বেড়ালো সারা দুপুর বেলা।
কাজের পথ মেঘলা আকাশ করে
বৃষ্টি আসিল সরায়ে হিম দলা।
আমি তখন অফিস প্রাঙ্গণে
একলা বসে ভাবছি হয়ে ফিকে।
সবল বেগে করুণ বরষণে,
আলোয় আকাশ ভরলো চতুর্দিকে।
প্রকৃতি’পরে মলিন বস্ত্রখানি
যে সব ছিল অপ্রকৃতিস্থ হয়ে,
সেসব হইল উদকস্পর্শে স্নাত,
জমলো কণা চিকন পত্র কোলে।
স্মরণে কাজী
চুরুলিয়াবাসী নজরুল, তুমি নজরুল বিদ্রোহী!
নজরুল তুমি সৈন্য, তুমি অসাম্য-বিদ্বেষী।
সর্বহারায় হারিয়েছ যেসব স্তুতি-
ধর্ম-অধর্মে যত ছিল সব হলো তার আহুতি।
সময়ে-অসময়ে ধরেছ যে হাতিয়ার
সেকালে- কলম ছিল ‘টিনের তলোয়ার’।
অগ্নিবীণায় আজ কণ্ঠ উঁচিয়ে সুর
বিষবাষ্প সব পাড়ি দিল বহুদূর।
ফণীমনসার কাঁটার রূপেতে বিদ্ধ
হয়ে হলো কি তোমার কার্যসিদ্ধ?
শ্রমিক-মজুর আজও পায়নি সমাধান!
ওরা আজও রাস্তায় মোড়ে চাতক।
শহর পাকা অট্টালিকায় সভ্য,
প্রাপ্যটা আজ ক্রমশ অপ্রাপ্য।
কে ধরিবে আজ কলমাস্ত্র, রাঙাইবে যখন রক্তচক্ষু?
কে দেবে আজ রণহুঙ্কার? ক্রোধাশ্রু বায় মোর চক্ষু।
সৃজনাকাঙ্খা
শ্রাবণ দিনের পথের পাশে
কে ডেকে যায় বাঁশের ফাঁকে!
রৌদ্র বোধ হয়, দিচ্ছে আজি ফাঁকি।
তা হোক দিন কয়েক তরে
বস চেপে তুই গগন তটে
ঝরাক মেঘ, ছিল যেভাব চাপা।
মাটির’ পরে সিক্ত বারি
রব উঠেছে তাড়াতাড়ি
কাজের বেলা, আয় ছুটে আয় দলে।
মাঠের কাজে জোর এসেছে,
রোয়ার বুঝি, ডাক এসেছে,
চাষীর মুখের ফুটল হাসির জোয়ার।
খালে বিলে জল জমেছে
চিংড়ি, পুঁটি উঠছে মেতে
ধরবি যদি, চল সদলবলে।
জমি হবে খুব আবাদি
ফসল হবে, পরিপাটি
উদরপূর্তি, হবেই হবে সবার।
রথযাত্রা
রথযাত্রা ধুমধাম
আজি গাঁয়ে গাঁয়ে,
টেনে দড়ি চলে রেখে
ইস্কুল বাঁয়ে।
ছোট-বড়ো সবে হাঁটে
মগ্ন কলরবে,
হরি নামে কীর্তনে,
জয় জগন্নাথে।
নানা বাদ্যে একাকার
রমরমা পথ,
প্রতি দ্বারে উদ্ধারে
থামেনি তো রথ।
সুন্দর সজ্জায়
সেজে ছেলে মেয়ে,
খুশি ভরে উল্লাসে
রথ টেনে চলে।
রথ মাঝে ভগবান
চেয়ে আছে ঢের,
ডাকিলে প্রভুরে পাব
আশা অনেকের।
এই নিয়ে দুবছর
টানা হল রথ।
গত হপ্তে সোজা হলেও
আজ উল্টো-রথ।
সীমান্তে ওরা
ওরা – দুর্গম গিরি-রাশি করে পারাপার
দুর্বার সিয়াচেনে জাগে অহরহ!
দিগন্ত মরু আছে মরিবার তরে।
স্নেহ, মায়া মমতায় তারা করেছে সমতা।
পরিবার ত্যাজি ওরা লয়েছে আশ্রয়
সীমান্তে – দূর সীমান্তে।
ওরা মানে না কোনো বাধা,
ওরা না ডরে শত্রু-সেনা,
ওরা করিছে দেশ রক্ষা, দেশপ্রেমের তরে।
ওরা অগণিত গুলির শব্দে হয়না মূর্ছা,
ওরা অনিয়মের মস্তক করে ছিন্ন,
ওরা প্রতিশ্রুতিতে নাশ করিতেছে আগাছা।
ওরা নীরব লক্ষ্য-ধারী।
ওরা কাঁটাতার পাড়ে অতন্দ্র প্রহরী।
ওরা না মানে কায়িক বাধা,
ওদের জীবন গোলকধাঁধা।
ওরা জানে না স্বপ্ন দেখা,
ওরা রচে না কল্পবুনন,
ওরা চোখে চোখ রেখে, আরক্ত দেহে
দাগায় যুদ্ধ কামান।
ওরা বনে-পথে-ঘাটে, প্রেম তরে হাঁটে
ওরা জলে-স্থলে-ব্যোমে, দৃঢ়তার সাথে।
ওরা নাহি চাই কোনো বিশ্রাম,
ওরা নাহি চাই কোনো সংগ্রাম,
ওরা আপনি দেশের স্বার্থে লড়িতে,
লড়িয়া চলিবে অবিরাম।
